Educators in Solidarity is excited to present our fifth Cultural Proficiency UnConference.

The theme of this UnConference is Abolishing Racist Systems: Building Our Collective Capacity as Anti-Racist Educators. Sessions will be organized around topics identified by participants. Sessions will examine strategies for listening to, understanding, supporting, and empowering students, families, and the communities schools serve.
