In celebration of Black History Month and Valentine’s Day, Black Humboldt is pleased to bring you a night of Black Self Love.

Taking place on Humboldt State University's campus, room to be announced.
Join us in a safe space for POC men to kick back and chat Black Male self care. We will mingle, eat and discuss an array of quick tips and techniques for anyone to adapt into their self care routines and the importance of men taking self care and self care techniques just as seriously as their female counterparts.

The night will include:

Stretching and Meditation techniques.

Financial planning and well being techniques/tips.

Mental Awareness.

DIY hair, skin and nail care.

Diet/exercise tips & techniques for health and immune support.

A Self Care booklet

Resource sheet specific to Men of color.
